The DeBaltzo Law Firm's real estate attorneys represent individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of residential, retail, industrial and commercial real estate in Ohio and Florida. We regularly assist clients with early planning, negotiating the purchase agreement, conducting due diligence and reviewing title, surveys, and other reports.

We work with public and private lenders and clients to review financing options and regularly negotiate credit agreements, notes, security agreements, mortgages, and UCC filings. We also represent international investors in the acquisition of residential and commercial real estate throughout Northeast Ohio, including the formation of purchasing entities and guidance through the sale and title process. We negotiate, draft, interpret, and enforce real estate leases and subleases on behalf of building owners, landlords, and tenants.
